  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, shoe boxes, and promotional inserts are included to avoid processing delays.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection via our website.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
